The option to pre-order will appear on the product page if it's available for that item. A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for shipment but will be soon. An estimated ship date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page. Note that because these dates are estimations, they can sometimes change. if you have a question regarding the status of your pre-order, our customer care team can assist you.
Local Pick UP
ATL Local Pick Up Location, Date and Available pick up times will be disclosed once order is fulfilled.
Please ensure that you provide the correct phone number when placing your order. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a text message to arrange a suitable pick-up date and time.
Shipping and Processing
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. To estimate delivery time, please take into account the processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Lost/Stolen packages
The shipping carrier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your packages. In the case of a lost package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquires must be directed to the carrier.

Please enter your correct unit or house number and contact number when filling in your shipping information, otherwise incomplete number information or invalid address may cause lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. If your item is returned to sender it's usually because the address was invalid, or entered incorrectly. Sometimes it also happens because your unit, suite, or apt number is missing.
